We apologize for the confusion in accidentally sending out the first survey through Kickstarter before we decided on using BackerKit. We cannot use the information from the Kickstarter survey so please use the link to make sure you filled out the BackerKit survey and not the Kickstarter one.
You can also use BackerKit's survey to purchase extra copies of the game or share the link if you know someone who is interested in the game but missed out the Kickstarter.

Puzzles for the Pandemic!

Hey everyone! We just wanted to send another quick update, this time for everyone instead of the super secret last one we sent which is for our backers eyes only (be sure to check that out if you haven’t!)
Our friends over at AdMagic reached out with this cute idea to work with our talented artists to create some puzzles. The awesome news is that $5-$10 from each puzzle (depending on the type purchased) will be donated directly to these COVID-19 Charities:
Our artists Ferrari & Tanta have donated their artwork and all purchases benefit these nonprofits. Feel free to donate directly of course, or contribute to these great causes by getting yourself some fun puzzles! OH! And our friends Eddie & June have also donated their artwork from a super secret unreleased Greg Johnson project!
Also, we noticed a few backers are still completing the Kickstarter survey instead of the BackerKit one. That’s on us and we apologize for the confusion in sending out two. Hey everyone! We hope you’ve all been staying relaxed and safe as always. We got some news we wanted to send your way regarding a few exciting things you can look forward to with Outta Our Shells in the future.
First off (maybe not that exciting) we have sent our surveys now using BackerKit instead of Kickstarter. A few backers had questions about the specific size dimensions of the t-shirts and many have asked us if they can order additional copies of the game. Well, now you can!
BackerKit is a great way for us to keep track of add-ons from our campaign. The add-ons we will be offering are simply an additional copy of the basic game as well as the ability to purchase a basic game to be donated. The add-on price is the exact same price as our $20 tier with the same shipping and donated games will cost $20 with no shipping fee. Backers can also now upgrade their tier if they want to!
We had a few backers say they couldn’t find the previous survey, so if you are having any trouble finding the new BackerKit survey please contact us. Also apologies to those of you who have already filled out the Kickstarter survey and are not interested in add-ons. We will still need everyone to fill out this new survey for shipping rewards. Thanks for understanding!
Next up we have the Cat or Rat Cards. While we were adding artwork for the Fortune Cards and Question Cards we decided that the Cat or Rat Cards could use a little love as well. While we weren’t able to add individual artwork for each card like the other types of cards, our artists have come up with a solution we absolutely love. Let us know what you think of the new Cat or Rat Cards!

Lastly we have some exciting news for backers who requested digital versions of the cards to play via video chat or send to students so that the game can be used in the classroom. The good news is it’s coming next week! In early June you can expect to find a new backer update that will be EXCLUSIVE to all our backers containing info on how to play this version of the game as well as the cards to go along with it.
Please note that this version of the game will NOT include the artwork that we added after reaching our Stretch Goals and will have some typos that we fixed in the final version of the cards. Once the physical cards have been delivered we will consider uploading a version of the cards with the artwork on them for backers who would like to play this way more in the future. This is mainly just a solution for those of us who have been chatting with friends and family remotely and are looking for something fun to do.

Happy May Everyone!
I hope this doesn't sound redundant but we truly hope you're all staying safe and healthy. The beautiful weather is upon us and hopefully you can find a way to soak in a bit of that sunshine while staying relaxed!
We just wanted to shoot a quick update your way and inform everyone that the surveys have now gone out for each tier. Please fill it out as we need your address to get the game to you ASAP!
If you are expecting a t-shirt please select one of the two styles and your preferred size. The styles are once again BLUE (with characters) and WHITE (with logo and characters). Unfortunately we cannot offer to swap designs with another color so choose the one you'd most enjoy from the images provided in the survey.
On our end we have finished up adding artwork to the Questions, here is a little sneak preview of what we came up with so far:
We really feel this adds a ton of charm to the game that wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for everyone's help on Kickstarter, so we are EXTREMELYthankful for everyone pushing hard to make that a reality for us. Thank you!!!!!
